Twelve years ago today was not only Super Bowl Sunday, it was the day Luke FINALLY decided to join us on the outside world.

He’s always been an awesome kid- smart, kind, thoughtful. I couldn’t ask for a better kid, ever. But this past year, he has proven that nothing gets him down. He has taken to this new normal like it’s no big deal.

Luke, I didn’t think I could have gotten more proud of you, but you amaze me even more after this year. I am SO proud of the guy you’re growing up to be. I’m excited to see where God directs you in the future. You are bound for incredible things. I love you very much!
